As a Chartered Forester and rural development advisor, I have over 30 years experience providing consultancy, research and project development services to the forest industry and related sectors.

Based in North Yorkshire, I work across the UK for a wide range of public, private and not for profit clients.

My Work

Encompassing a wide variety of client needs, my work includes economic appraisal, workforce and skills development, resource management, supply chain and market analysis, and more.

By working with a number of selected partners and associates I can also offer services in marketing, event management, due diligence, and organisational development.

Recent assignments have included a review of motorsport on the Welsh Government Woodland Estate, the development of a suite of ancient woodland restoration learning resources for HE students, national forestry sector workforce research, the development of a woodland creation site acquisition and appraisal framework, and a firewood carbon and air quality review.

I am also a Lantra accredited trainer and auditor for the Plant Health Certification Scheme and Woodland Trust UKISG.
